Who we are

What the service is

You record video. We plan, script, edit and deliver short clips from it. We do not promise views, followers, sales or income. The one result shown on this site is one creator's result, not a promise of yours.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old [LEON: minimum age, drafted as 18+] to open an account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You can turn on two-step sign-in from your account settings. We can switch off an account that breaks these terms.

Your videos

• You own your footage and the finished clips.
• You give CSMax permission only to store, edit and deliver them, and to process them with the tools described on the Privacy page.
• CSMax does not reuse your footage or clips for anyone else, or for its own marketing, without your separate written permission.
• Using which suggested clips you keep or cut to improve CSMax's picks is opt-in, off by default, and can be deleted on request.

Rights you confirm

At sign-up you confirm in writing that you own the footage you send, or that you hold the rights to have it edited. If we receive a rights complaint, we can remove the content in question. People who repeatedly infringe other people's rights can lose access to CSMax.

How long we keep your files

This is how the app will behave at launch. The numbers are drafts.

• Uploaded footage is deleted 30 days after the delivery it was used for. Draft
• Finished clips are kept 90 days after delivery. Draft
• You can delete earlier, from your page or by email to support@csmax.app.
• A retention job that does this is being built and starts as a dry run, so it may not be active on day one.

Plans, credits and revisions

Plans are $15, $30 and $60 a month Draft. A plan gives you credits (50, 100 and 150 a month: 30 short clips and 4 long-form videos on Pro, 60 and 8 on Ultra, 90 and 12 on Max, long-form being 10 to 12 minutes each) Draft, and a credit buys a finished video, all-in: a short-form clip up to 90 seconds is 1 credit, a clip over 90 seconds and up to 3 minutes is 2 credits, and a long-form video up to 15 minutes is 5 credits (over 15 minutes counts as another long-form video). Strategy, script, edit, cover, caption, finish and delivery are included and not billed separately. Unused plan credits roll over for one month, up to one month's amount, then end, and they end when you cancel. Extra credits can be added at your plan's own price per credit. Each request includes 2 free revision rounds, then 1 credit per round, and we approve each extra round before it starts. Prices and credit numbers can change before launch. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time and keep access to the end of the month you paid for. The full wording is on the Refunds and cancelling page and is part of these terms.

Posting

You post your own clips. CSMax never posts for you and never asks for your social media logins. You are responsible for what you post and for following each platform's rules, including disclosing a clip that sells something.

Any sales-share offer

Any offer that shares in your sales is a separate written agreement outside these terms. If you take one, a percentage of sales sits on top of the plan price.

AI processing

Parts of the work use AI services. See the Privacy page for what is sent. Text you send is treated as data to work from, not as instructions to CSMax's systems.

Email

Marketing email is a separate opt-in, off by default, with a one-click unsubscribe.

Fair use

Per-hour request and upload limits apply. They are shown in the app and can change.
