We'll Find, Cut, Caption & Hook 30 Clips A Month From The Videos Where You Already Explain Your Offer, So You Can Point New People At Your Link Every Day.

The editing is all ours. You send the webinar, the lesson or the podcast and post what comes back, with your link in your bio. Every clip lands on your Board captioned, with a hook and 2 free revisions.

Your Pitch Is Already On Camera. We Cut It Into Posts.

Views are the number everyone watches. For a seller the number that pays is smaller: the one person who watches a clip, taps your profile and finds your link.

Every clip you post is another shot at that person. Cutting the clips is what keeps most sellers from posting enough of them, so that's the part we take.

  1. You Send The Video Where You Pitch

A webinar, a lesson, a podcast episode or a live where you talk about what you sell. Upload the file or paste a link, and tell us in a line or two what the offer is.

  2. We Send Back The Clips

Vertical, captioned, a hook at the top, up to 90 seconds each. If one's off, you get 2 free revisions on it.

  3. You Post Them With Your Link

On your own accounts, with the link you want people to find in your bio. We never ask for your logins.

The one result so far

One Book Creator, 3 Weeks. Every Number, Down To The Orders.

It's the only result we have, so here's all of it. The clips were cut from the creator's own videos, with the creator's OK, and posted on a new page with the order link in the bio.

  • A book creator, 3 weeks: a new page went from 0 to 1,626 followers.
  • 4 clips passed 30,000 views.
  • 7 orders, $419.93 in sales for the creator.

That's one creator. Views don't always turn into sales.

30 Clips Is A Full Day Of Editing. We Take That Day Every Month.

You've already explained your offer on camera, in webinars and lessons that the people who already know you sat through. But a stranger scrolling TikTok won't give you an hour. They might give you a minute, and turning your hour into a minute a day means 30 clips a month, each one found, cut, captioned, hooked and exported vertical.

When John cut 30 clips for a book creator, it took him a full 8-hour day. So that's the day we take off you. Your part is a short note about what you sell, and posting what comes back.

What Every Clip Has Before It Reaches You.

  • The Board

Each video you send gets its own request on the Board, and its clips land under it. You can see where it is, from received to ready, without emailing anyone. If a clip needs changing, you ask right under it and see how many revisions it has left. The hours you used to spend editing go back to selling.

  • Your Claims Sheet, Followed

Fill it in once, including the claims you never make about your offer. Every clip after follows it, so nothing goes out you'd have to take down.

If you never promise results, never say a price on video or never name a client, write it down the first time, and every clip after follows it.

  • A Hook In Your Own Words

The first line on screen is something you said, so nobody hears a pitch you didn't write.

  • Up To 90 Seconds

Room for one whole idea, including the part where you say what you sell.

  • Ready For All 3 Apps

Every clip comes back 9:16, so one clip can go up on TikTok, Reels and Shorts. One cut, three profiles where someone can find your link.

  • Captions From The First Second

The words are on screen from the first second.

If A Clip Sells Something, It Says So.

Selling on short form brings two rules into play. The first is reused content, which is aimed at people reposting someone else's work, and YouTube says it "applies even if you have permission from the original creator." So we only cut video you own or have the rights to. The second is disclosure. If you're paid on a sale, like an affiliate link, the post has to say so plainly.

It's for you if

  • You have a course, coaching, product or service, and your best pitch is stuck in long videos.
  • Only your own footage, posted by you, on accounts you already run.

It's not for you if

  • You want a promise of sales. We can't make one, and you should be careful with anyone who does.
  • You want us to post for you. You post, on your own accounts.
  • Every clip is cut, captioned and given a hook. You never get a reupload back.
  • If you're paid on a sale, the clip carries a plain disclosure, and you switch on the app's own disclosure setting when you post.
Meet the founder

I'm John. I'm Building CSMax In Public.

I record and edit short clips for my own pages at john.m3d, and you can watch CSMax get built there as it happens. The one result on this page came from clips I edited for a book creator, and 30 of those clips took me a full 8-hour day. That's the day you're buying back, so you can spend it on the part nobody can do for you, which is selling. It's one result, and I'd rather show you one real number than ten made-up ones. If something here isn't clear, send me a question from the Support page.

From $25 A Month. 1 Credit Is 1 Finished Clip.

A finished clip up to 90 seconds is 1 credit: vertical, captioned, with a hook. A longer clip uses 1 more credit for each extra 90 seconds. Revisions are free, 2 on every clip, and they never use a credit.

More credits means more posts a month, and more posts means more chances for someone to find your link. Each plan also has a monthly cap on how many hours of long video you can send. Cancel any time, no contract.

Opens November 1
